>>Staffing Consultants / Japanese Consultants

  Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Telemarketing and servicing of clients in staff recruitment
  • Handle customers' orders and enquiries
  • Handle applicants' calls, interviews and walk-ins
  • Co-ordination of orders & follow-up before & after sales service
  • Work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines set by the Team Leader.
  • Administrative duties including typing of resumes, writing reports, etc.
  • Resourcefuly, multi-tasking and ad hoc duties as assigned

>>Business Development Executives

  Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Develop, promote & execute sales & marketing plans & materials, with the aim of achieving sales revenue and increasing market share.
  • Enthusiatic, hands-on self-starter with strong organizational and marketing & sales skills with result-oriented.
  • Set and maintain high standards of professionalism in all aspects, you will represent Staff Service to prospective and new clients to offer company’s full range recruitment and payroll outsourcing services, leading up to a formalized service contract between Staff Service and client being achieved.
  • You will support pre & post-sales activities; this role requires close client/colleagues coordination, account management and relationship building.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant industry or functional experience in the respective roles would be the main criteria for selection; although we look at candidates with strong potential to succeed in our challenging business environment.
  • Ability to respond aggressively to changing market trends and competition to leverage new market opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and able to contribute to personal and team objectives.
  • Strong people, communications, customer service and time management skills are a must.
  • The core essential qualities require lots of hard work, self-motivation, drive, energy, and desire to make a difference.
  • We seek present or ex-consultants in this field, or any person(s) who understands the search and HR consultancy business, and who feels that this is a calling for them.

>>Research Assistants

  Responsibilities & Requirements
  • To support consultants to conduct database search to match, interview, assessing and matching of candidates to job orders diligently.
  • To assist and coordinate research efforts, prepare resumes and update data into system.
  • Work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines set by the Team Leader.
  • Have an enthusiatic and cheerful personality with excellent commanc of spoken and written English.
  • Must be resourceful and attention to details.
  • Some HR recruitment experience will ba an advantage. Fresh graduates welcome.
  • Multi-tasking and ad hoc duties as assigned.
